📦 Shipping Information

 

Our cat trees are individually made to order – quality takes a little time. Please note the following shipping details:

🛠 Processing Time:

After receiving your order, we will craft your cat tree individually. Production usually takes 7–10 business days.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery within Germany:

As soon as your cat tree is finished, we hand it over to DHL. Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days.

 

🌍 International & European Shipping:

We also ship our cat trees within Europe and internationally. Please note that delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Within the EU, shipping usually takes 5–10 business days after production, while shipments outside the EU may take up to 14 business days. Additional customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

🎄 Holiday Notice:

During public holidays and peak seasons (e.g. before Christmas), shipping may be delayed. We kindly ask for your patience in these cases.

📬 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package has been handed over to DHL.

🔄 Returns & Right of Withdrawal

 

Right of Withdrawal:

As a consumer, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Returns are only possible if the cat tree is in its original condition and unused.

Return Costs:

Return shipping costs in case of withdrawal must be covered by the buyer.

Damaged Shipment:

If you notice visibly damaged packaging upon delivery, please refuse acceptance and report the damage directly to DHL. This way, the transport damage can be resolved as quickly as possible.
